ABP का क्या मतलब है?
ABP की फुल फॉर्म Arterial Blood Pressure होती है. धमनी रक्तचाप (ABP) महाधमनी में सबसे कम दबाव, बाएं वेंट्रिकल महाधमनी में रक्त को बाहर निकालता है, तो महाधमनी दबाव बढ़ जाता है। इजेक्शन के बाद अधिकतम महाधमनी दबाव को सिस्टोलिक दबाव (Psystolic) कहा जाता है। महाधमनी में सबसे कम दबाव, जो वेंट्रिकल के महाधमनी में रक्त को बाहर करने से ठीक पहले होता है, को डायस्टोलिक दबाव (पीडियोस्टोलिक) कहा जाता है। सामान्य सिस्टोलिक दबाव <120 mmHg है, और सामान्य डायस्टोलिक दबाव <80 mmHg है। इसे रक्तचाप के नाम से भी जाना जाता है.
