LLP का क्या मतलब है?
एक सीमित देयता साझेदारी (LLP) एक साझेदारी है जिसमें कुछ या सभी भागीदारों (क्षेत्राधिकार के आधार पर) की सीमित देयता होती है। इसलिए यह भागीदारी और निगमों के तत्वों को प्रदर्शित करता है। एक एलएलपी में एक साथी दूसरे भागीदारों के कदाचार या लापरवाही के लिए जिम्मेदार या उत्तरदायी नहीं है। यह एक असीमित साझेदारी का एक महत्वपूर्ण अंतर है।
