OGW की Full Form Over Ground Worker होती है। ये आम लोगों की तरह रहकर आतंकियों के लिए काम करते हैं। किसी आतंकवादी घटना को अंजाम देने के लिए ये ओजीडब्ल्यू आतंकवादियों के लिए जमीन तैयार करते हैं। यह आतंकियों तक सुरक्षाबलों की सूचनाएं पहुंचाने के साथ ही उनके लिए हथियार, पैसा और सुरक्षित ठिकाने का बंदोबस्त करते हैं। आतंकवादियों के साथ ही ये ओजीडब्ल्यू सेना के लिए किसी बड़ी चुनौती से कम नहीं हैं।
