Ozone का क्या मतलब है?
ओजोन (3) या ट्राईऑक्सीजन, एक त्रिकोणीय अणु है, जिसमें तीन ऑक्सीजन परमाणु होते हैं। यह ऑक्सीजन का एक अलॉट्रोप है जो डायटॉमिक एलोट्रोप (O2) की तुलना में बहुत कम स्थिर है। ओजोन, 1840 में क्रिस्चियन फ्रेडरिक शोनबिन द्वारा गढ़ा गया था, जिन्होंने बिजली के तूफानों में अजीब गंध से ग्रीक क्रिया ओजीन का नाम "सूंघना" बताया था।
