SI का क्या मतलब है?
इंटरनेशनल सिस्टम ऑफ यूनिट्स (फ्रेंच: सिस्टेम इंटरनेशनल d'unités, SI) माप के लिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय मानक है। SI 7 आधार इकाइयों पर आधारित माप की एक प्रणाली है:
मीटर (लंबाई)
किलोग्राम (मास)
दूसरी बार)
एम्पीयर (विद्युत प्रवाह)
केल्विन (तापमान),
तिल (पदार्थ की मात्रा)
कैंडेला (चमकदार तीव्रता)
सिस्टम यूनिट नामों और यूनिट प्रतीकों के लिए उपसर्गों के एक सेट को भी परिभाषित करता है जो कि इकाइयों के गुणकों और अंशों को निर्दिष्ट करते समय उपयोग किया जा सकता है और 22 व्युत्पन्न इकाइयों के लिए नामों को निर्दिष्ट करता है।
