यंग मेन्स क्रिस्चियन एसोसिएशन (वाईएमसीए) एक विश्वव्यापी संगठन है जिसका मुख्यालय जिनेवा, स्विट्जरलैंड में है। इसकी स्थापना 6 जून 1844 को लंदन के सर जॉर्ज विलियम्स, यूनाइटेड किंडम द्वारा की गई थी। सबसे पहले, संगठन ने शहरों में काम के लिए ग्रामीण इलाकों के युवाओं को बिस्तर और आश्रय प्रदान किया।
