ELISA का क्या मतलब है?
एंजाइम-लिंक्ड इम्युनोसर्बेंट परख (एलिसा) एक नमूने में एंटीबॉडी, प्रोटीन और हार्मोन जैसे पदार्थों का पता लगाने और मात्रा निर्धारित करने के लिए बनाया गया एक परीक्षण है। एंटीबॉडी शरीर की प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली द्वारा उत्पादित प्रोटीन हैं जब यह हानिकारक पदार्थों का पता लगाता है, जिसे एंटीजन कहा जाता है। एलिसा एक स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट है जिसे आमतौर पर ह्यूमन इम्यूनो डेफिशिएंसी वायरस (एचआईवी) के लिए नियोजित किया जाता है।
