केरल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर इन्वेस्टमेंट फंड बोर्ड (KIIFB) का गठन केरल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर इन्वेस्टमेंट फंड एक्ट 1999 (2000 का अधिनियम 4) के तहत केरल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर इन्वेस्टमेंट फंड का प्रबंधन करने के लिए किया गया था। फंड का मुख्य उद्देश्य केरल राज्य में परिवहन, जल स्वच्छता, ऊर्जा, सामाजिक और वाणिज्यिक अवसंरचना, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (आईटी) और दूरसंचार आदि जैसे महत्वपूर्ण और बड़े बुनियादी ढांचा परियोजनाओं के लिए निवेश प्रदान करना है।
