SGPT का क्या मतलब है?
Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase (SGPT) या Serum Glutamate Pyruvate Transaminase (SGPT) या Alanine Transaminase (ALT) या Alanine aminotransferase (ALAT), लीवर द्वारा निर्मित एक एंजाइम है। ऊतकों के क्षतिग्रस्त होने पर एसजीपीटी को रक्त में छोड़ा जाता है। एक एसजीपीटी रक्त परीक्षण रक्त में एंजाइम एलेनिन ट्रांसएमिनेस (एएलटी) की मात्रा को मापता है। SGPT टेस्ट का उपयोग यह निर्धारित करने के लिए किया जाता है कि लीवर क्षतिग्रस्त है या सूजन।
