WAMP का क्या मतलब है?
WAMP Microsoft Windows के साथ संयुक्त रूप से मुक्त अनुप्रयोगों के एक समूह को संदर्भित करता है, जो आमतौर पर वेब सर्वर वातावरण में उपयोग किया जाता है। WAMP विंडोज, अपाचे, MySQL और PHP, पर्ल या पायथन में से किसी एक के संयोजन के लिए संक्षिप्त है। WAMP वेब सर्वर वातावरण के चार प्रमुख तत्वों अर्थात एक ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम, वेब सर्वर, डेटाबेस और एक वेब स्क्रिप्टिंग भाषा को चिपका देता है। WAMP विंडोज में ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम है, Apache वेब सर्वर है, MySQL डेटाबेस है और PHP एक स्क्रिप्टिंग भाषा है (या वैकल्पिक स्क्रिप्टिंग भाषाओं जैसे Python या Perl का उपयोग PHP के बजाय किया जा सकता है)। Macintosh ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम के लिए WAMP पैकेज के समतुल्य संस्करण को MAMP और लिनक्स ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम को LAMP कहा जाता है।
